Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Service Policy

At Knowra, we provide personalized career guidance, career assessments, counseling, mentoring, reports, roadmaps, employability training, and related advisory services.

As our services involve professional expertise, personalized recommendations, dedicated time, and customized deliverables, the following policy applies to all purchases made through Knowra.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through Knowra are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

A service will be considered commenced if any of the following has occurred:

• A counseling session has been scheduled or conducted

• An assessment link has been shared

• Information has been collected for report preparation

• A report or roadmap has been initiated or delivered

• Any mentoring, consultation, review, or advisory work has begun

• Any personalized resources or recommendations have been provided

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds cannot be provided after service commencement.

Cancellation Policy

Students and parents are encouraged to carefully review program details before making a purchase.

Once a service has been booked, purchased, or scheduled, cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Knowra reserves the right to determine whether a service has already commenced based on the circumstances of each case.

Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed and forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy

If a student or parent joins a session late, the session may still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

Additional time is not guaranteed and will be provided solely at Knowra's discretion.

Session Validity

All purchased sessions, programs, and unused service credits must be utilized within 180 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.

Unused sessions beyond this period may expire without refund.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Knowra provides educational guidance, mentoring, counseling, and advisory services.

While we strive to provide accurate, personalized, and actionable recommendations, Knowra does not guarantee:

• Admission to any school, college, or university

• Selection into any academic program

• Scholarships or financial aid

• Internship opportunities

• Job offers

• Placement outcomes

• Salary outcomes

• Career success

• Examination performance

• Interview success

All academic, professional, and career outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond Knowra's control.

Assessment Disclaimer

Career assessments, reports, recommendations, and analyses are intended as guidance tools only.

They should not be interpreted as guarantees, predictions, certifications, psychological diagnoses, or definitive indicators of future academic or career success.

Students and parents are encouraged to use assessment results as one component of informed decision-making.

Student & Parent Responsibility

Knowra provides recommendations based on:

• Assessment results

• Information provided by the student and parent

• Counseling discussions

• Professional judgment at the time of service delivery

Final educational, academic, career, and professional decisions remain solely the responsibility of the student and/or parent or guardian.

Mentor Connect Disclaimer

Mentor Connect sessions are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

The views, opinions, experiences, and recommendations shared by individual mentors represent their personal experiences and should not be considered official educational, immigration, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Knowra does not guarantee outcomes based on mentor interactions.

Recording Policy

Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, or shared without prior written permission from Knowra.

Any unauthorized recording, distribution, or publication of Knowra sessions, resources, or materials may result in termination of services without refund.

Intellectual Property

All reports, roadmaps, templates, assessments, recommendations, resources, presentations, worksheets, and materials provided by Knowra remain the intellectual property of Knowra.

Such materials are intended solely for personal use by the purchasing student and family.

These materials may not be:

• Shared

• Sold

• Copied

• Distributed

• Published

• Reproduced

without prior written permission from Knowra.

Code of Conduct

Knowra reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse services in cases involving:

• Abusive behavior

• Threatening conduct

• Harassment

• Discrimination

• Inappropriate language

• Misconduct toward mentors, counselors, staff, or representatives

In such cases, no refund shall be provided.

Communication Consent

By purchasing a service, booking a session, or submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Knowra through:

• Email

• Phone calls

• WhatsApp

• SMS

• Other reasonable communication channels related to service delivery

Force Majeure

Knowra shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, rescheduling, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Internet outages

• Technical failures

• Illness

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Emergencies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knowra's total liability arising out of any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service purchased.

Knowra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, academic, professional, personal, or financial losses arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of Knowra's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
